do yourself a favour and read market wizards, you'll learn more from that book than anything on here by a mile.
they are the best traders in the world, and they say repeatedly that no matter how much you think there is market manipulation or games being played, the market is always going to price the stock where it wants to. maybe it will be 1 month late, 3 months late, 1 month early or whatever but you can think all those things if you want, but you're just going to tire yourself out
