I agree, poorly worded for us average humans. It is a completely neutral and nothing announcement.

This announcement is quite technical, but simply states that we are using the $2.5M cash that Noble have already agreed (in a recent announcement) to providing us. We need this cash-flow to get through to September. So it is good news!

The financial close (August /September), is as per step four of my previous post, and is spot on. Don't confuse 'Financial Close' with 'Loan Approval'.

There is NO talk of any change to financial approval. For all we know it is already approved.

If you sell your shares today, you have been played by the institution or bank attempting to down ramp. In return, if there is a couple of cheapies, then that's a gift!
