I am only repeating myself because the same old garbage keeps being promoted again and again by people who don't seem to have the slightest idea what a NED does.
For all the uprampers here Professor Locarini (Stephen to us) is just a NED and he attends a few board meetings a year and collects a fee. As a NED he is not running any research program on HBV for BIT.
There is little evidence that anything much is being done on the HBV program (based on the 4C spending). It is BIT225 or bust.
