just curious as thinking about selling a dog or two or maybe some anw to buy back cheaper to participate in the SPP . a noob question here sorry guys but if it is oversubscribed and they choose not to use the extra funds how is it decided on who is successful or who misses out ? first in first served basis or is this something that no company ever does about knocking back extra funds ?
