re: 1m bidder Based on history, I'd say 1 mill is fake. Looks like they are trying to induce buyers to sell into. Of course there's a risk, always is, but why would someone who really wants so much stock throw up a large bid like that? You'd have a much better chance if you split bids into smaller amounts and accumulated more slowly. Unless there's an imminent announcement, but then again, based on history I'd say not.
