There are no free options on offer.
Make no mistake about that.

Notwithstanding the wording in the prospectus, investors will price this as a COMBO deal made up of one INL fp and one INLO (8c/31.12.09)

Your directors priced this McCombo deal @ 5c.
Without any significant, substantial and tangible announcements, INL fp are now likely to continue trading below the 5c mark.

Right now, the market is pricing the deal for what it thinks the deal is worth !
That is 4.7c + 0.2c – below the issue price of 5c

Congratulations to those who had the foresight to sell INLR’s above 1c last week.

If the market is never wrong, then perhaps the question posed in the subject line of this thread, “why take up the offer”, has now been answered.

The statement is correct.
The rights are being gobbled up at a price well below the price when that ramping statement was made.

Posters credibility is judged by statements made.
All readers should take care of the ramping by the PW support brigade on this thread.

How many of these holders will exercise the rights, dump the fp INL when issued and then just sit on the options?
Just in order to maintain a low cost / low risk interest in the game should it play out.

If that strategy is employed after the new shares start trading on 2 July we could see INL hit the deck.
