Other matters are 100% within the control of management. Like management of company funds, the Finnies discount shares and dilution fiasco, ridiculously high payments to consultants for vague services rendered, mumbo jumbo "30 bagger" statements, unexplained aim listing delay, sale of uranium interest for a joke price, official communication with shareholders. These are all management issues and have been handled poorly resulting in the market's opinion re the low value of rrs.
