If portman were interested in running this company, they'd have to come out with atleast a $3+ cash offer straight off the bat. Atleast $4 perhaps, $5 if its a scrip deal.
There would be no beating around the bush, this company is just too illiquid, and I would think that Portman is not interested in making profits on shares, rather they are interested in getting iron ore projects up and running and profitable.
Is it looking more like the 2009 Portman Melbourne Cup nowadays?
