    I have no particular interest in B&B, only in wind generation.

    Would the fact that a wind farm could not sell GUARANTEED base load, ever, and would be hard pressed selling into the morning peak, reduce it's price at other times?

    Has anyone some decent data on how long a wind-farm would take to repay it's establishment costs, measured in both dollars and energy?
