YOW management IMO invites and encourages these sort of offers by doing so little with what they have. We now have tag team offers with a billion escape clauses that are just taking up management time and shareholders cash - well they have plenty to spare if the results present are ....................as reported. Just what are YOW management doing day to day for the $ they are still getting?

Have to say they picked their quarry well. Only in YOW would there be enough fools to consider a scrip offer by a unlisted fund IMO .

Can't wait to see response..............Now where are all the YOW promoters that so aggressively said how good they were for so long and could see no problems, thought their marketing and interaction was brilliant etc etc ?

Why hasn't a group of holders just put up a proposal to wind it up and distribute cash ? What a weak register it must have.
