well if the "unlisted shares" are the same as the listed shares then you would count them, at market value.
If you want to calculate the diluted market cap, you would assume that options likely to be worth exercising, are exercised. That will add to the number of shares on issue, at whatever you consider the market price to be.
The exercise price of the options wouldnt come into the market cap calculation at all, except that if they are way out of the money, they would never be exercised.
