    Amex -well reasoned.
    Currently about 48m shares. The big speculation is not only the price (plenty here on HC) but the NUMBER of new shares that will be issued and, leading on from that, their USE.
    Your thoughts of 10m@ $20 is $200M.

    Buy & equip a factory?, hire new staff, & maybe $60m for use as working capital. All needed to realise the revenue expectation.

    Fair chunk of money though so the story around that money is what I am interested in.
