From my experience it is better for individuals to email their individual requests/ suggestions as bulk identical emails will only annoy the head office.
I think original, short and succinct requests are the best form of lobby.
The points in summary for example,
1.seek clarification of the code changes
2. and settlement dates
3. and the time lines for the issue of bonus shares and free options
4. anything else needing clarification
I expect there will be an announcement today or tomorrow about the return to GDA trading on an non deferred settlement basis.
Cmdhit, did you buy yesterday? I note your disclosure still says no position?
