Anyone looking to buy into a business would be looking for a Return on Investment (ROI) of around 25-30%.

if it makes $266M p.a. then value is $1B.

Hopes of $3-$4B are a dream.

BTW Ive been holding centro since this thing started and am expecting/hoping for almost full recovery.

Expecting management to sell assets (even Management Bus if necessary) to paydown debt and trade out.
