    I am sorry mate, maybe I am just a simple folk here but I havent heard of anyone purchasing a business and expecting a 25-30% ROI.

    Infact anything above the banking rate is considered a good investment, correct me if I am wrong but that is the benchmark for ROI?

    25-30% is the returns for Berkshire Hathaway and if you're suggesting that everyone expects such returns, well thats just crazy. This business is worth at least $2 billion.
