The placement was announced almost 5 months ago . There has been delays...different parties etc
Due to " international / corporate delays etc .....it was going to happen on April 30 .
It didnt happen just a BS verse about the placement may be bigger .
That was 3 weeks ago .
So there is absolutely nothing " funny " about my statements .
But there is lots "funny and fishy " about PIL's l think.
But that's really not surprising ...more just the same MO as the last few years .
I wonder if they will ever recover the money for the motorbikes ?
