not yet because:
1. Your contacts still see significant risk of it falling through?
2. Your contacts see the price being taken lower so better bargain first? (supported by the Chi-X bids now sitting in low 5's)
3. Your contacts are going to tell you before they buy so you can get in before the soak up?
Not being critical but I'd call it bargain now and if I had $ this week I'd buy now and again if lower next week.
