Does anyone know what the timeline would be for the TPG court appeal? Are we looking at a 12 month timeline at minimum with an outcome in say 2 years?
I am in total shock that the ACCC has based this decision on the assumption of what they think TPG should do as opposed to what is actually the case. I do look forward to some form of class action from shorters after those muppets leaked a day early!
