Some rather optimistic assumptions in there...
for instance every 10% burns patient (and some with less than 10%) would be treated. Despite the fact that probably 3/4 would not normally even require a skin graft at all?
Pretty clear the analyst isn't very familiar with burn treatment or the product and the way it is actually used.
