I'm afraid I agree with Summertime too...but I know Jerman is a loyal holder and it's absolutely nothing against him/her...
Timeto shouldn't really have sent the email off (imo) - that's up to individual holders, and it really IS about time that all these holders (me included) just left the company alone to bloody well get on with their work...
Hope this doesn't get TOU'd as we ALL need a tap on the shoulder about not expecting Smyth, Paul or Ruth to waste all day with small shareholder queries.

Smyth DOES need to be seeing instos and funds and organising some LARGE holders...
It doesn't mean he doesn't have to appreciate his smaller long term holders - we've been with him through thick and thin - but we MUST start to see a register reflecting where we're going, not where we've been......

He's shown massive patience keeping in touch, and sometimes I know I'd rather see him have an extra hours sleep rather than tap out a few more emails all saying the same thing!

Please think twice before picking up the phone or pushing the 'send' button! Getting closer obviously now to significant changes....let's grow WITH them!
