    @Key Reversal

    They've destroyed what was a solid loyal shareholder base.

    I've lost count of the number of miss-steps they've taken, the Q&A one about raising funds when needed as a policy which has failed repeatedly shows there stubbornness & inability to adapt & understand investors & markets.

    They've destroyed there own reputations, alienated so many shareholders & potential shareholders that it will be twice or thrice as hard to get anyone to believe the story going forward.

    Your trying there spin tactic of trying to draw a line under things & only look forward, isn't going to happen any time soon, to many legacy issues still need resolved & that means involving the ASX & ASIC unless the company changes its ways.

    You should be insisting on Transparency, honesty & the plain truth from them. Why because its the only solution that will give this company any chance of success & yes I want it to succeed.

    As to all those various agreements you listed who knows how they will turn out, as you said only time will tell.

    However if you look back in Syntonic history, you'll see umpteen models that have been tried to date & not one has proven to be commercially viable yet.

    The biggest alarm has been that revenue downgrade back in the Verizon days, where now even the biggest of clients looks like it might only yield A$250,000 per month at full deployment. How many clients will you need on board at that sort of revenue level to cover all our costs ?

    Brazil still has so many unanswered questions. They had a golden opportunity yesterday to explain everything to shareholders & didn't. Like how on earth that business has lost over A$2M in just 8 month on turnover of A$3.6M ?

    Putting it in context that's A$250,000+ a month, now if you were to allow a very generous A$5,000 per employee a month on salaries etc that covers A$75,000 & a generous A$25,000 to cover 2 offices, where is the other A$150,000 a month going ?

    You could say upto A$50,000 is part of the 20% earn-out. After that I'm at a lost as to where it might be going.

    The great QAU metric is blown out of the water, ( I hope @tm_mingtan is reading this bit) 2M+ users were paying us money prior to the Zenvia purchase effective from date. The magical growth that then occurred from June to September then December was simply Syntonic Brazil transaction appearing on the books.

    Quite frankly, I think your wrong, a lot of investors are still in denial and are oblivious to the situation that's occurring right in front of there eyes. Otherwise they'd be doing something about it.
