Whats the problem negotiating COMMERCIAL TERMS. DOES CBA want CHEAPER or is IAM pricing the service TOO HIGH. If BOOM was that pleasing doing its job to the max and ability in performance, WHY are CBA then walking away not agreeing to pricing. I thought when they signed up there was a commercial agreement on price, so what after 16 mths they want cheaper yet.??????????
