the price at which the shares will be issued under the share purchase plan will be the lesser of:
$1.72
or a 2.5 discount to the 5 days average price.
That means, even if the market prices are much higher than $1.72, eligible retail shareholders still buy at $1.72 which is the institutional placement price.
