Alot of the things done to make the building greener involve upfront capital however make the building cheaper to run in the longer term. Some things can be passed on to the tenant as outgoings but not alot.

Dont think that would have effected the share price.

I dont think anything has changed since I bought in at $1 a week or so ago.

I agree with the div next week I am happy to hold.

I personally think that interested parties will be sitting on the side lines getting all their 'ducks in a row' and may make a move just the other side of the exdiv date. It would have been a tight time frame and probably to tuff to get a potential take over done this side of the div date.
