It's going to be a binary outcome. Either it'll go to ~23c or ~4c. Your entry point is not really much of a factor. And as much as I loath the dodgy practices of the pharma industry generally from personal experience in my working career, the one (and only?) rule they don't mess with is leaking trial results so there's no point holding off and waiting to see if there's some indications beforehand. It's a stone wall until the announcement.
