LPD Event: Melb 24-MAY - RACV theatrette

Some of you might be aware that I have organised a visit to the Lepidico demo/pilot plant next Tuesday 28th prior to the GXY AGM.

Also, getting back to the subject of this thread I was invited to a presentation that Joe Walsh will be doing in Melbourne tomorrow.

So if anyone is interested, the details are below shared by LPD's investor relations David Waterhouse. (Really nice guy)

Dear All,

As you know I have been working with Lepidico for some time.

2 Years ago in May 2017 the company had a market capitalisation of  about $25M, based on a lab scale proprietary processing  technology to produce lithium carbonate from Lithium bearing micas. Galaxy Resources became a major (11%) shareholder and remains today a strong supporter of the company.

This month Lepidico announced a merger with a canadian listed company (Desert Lion) in a all scrip deal as well as a entitlements offer to raise $10.8M.
This combines 2 companies with highly complementary asset portfolios, growth profiles and market positions, leveraging Lepidico's proprietary process technologies and Desert Lions lepidolite Mineral Resource.

This is a major step in  the business plan of developing a fully integrated lithium business from mine to battery grade lithium chemical production.
After the successful close of the merger and entitlements offer, Lepidico will have a market capitaliztion of approximately $125M based on issue price.

Joe Walsh (MD) and Shontel Norgate (CFO) are both in Melbourne next Friday and are looking forward to presenting to shareholders, investors and members of the financial community an update on the company.

Tea and biscuits at 10.30 on Chancery Level with presentation starting at 11am.
