Cyclical at 60 - 70 cents more like it.

Not sure whether this has just been beat up like rest of LPTs or whether noones buying anything at the moment.

Have always thought this was too cheap. Have held this one for 10 years, never made any capital growth but consistently received the 9 cent dividend. Am happy to hold for the next 10 years with this dividend, and see no reason why dividend will change, esp now that wine sector prospects appear to be improving.
