3) "Gassenheimer said that by 2011, there will be 75 car models with lithium ion batteries."
4) Rapidly escalating environmental and financial concerns about oil.
5) Exponential rate of technological development.
6) Tesla has all but proved a production car is possible.
I don't know the numbers in two years time. You don't know the numbers and Dr Whatshisname certainly doesn't know.
There are plenty of reasons to be bullish.
