"BQT Solutions Limited (ASX Code: BQT) is pleased to
announce the Australian Security Intelligence
Organisation (ASIO) has successfully completed testing
of the BT910 Mifare Biometric Fingerprint Reader and
have advised BQT that it meets ASIO’s requirements.
The Security Construction and Equipment Committee
(SCEC) will consider the endorsement of the BT910 at its next scheduled meeting, likely to be in February 2004".

The Feb meet may have something to do with the sudden bump as well.
