I should correct my previous post in saying that this was the announcement that we we needed, as September will be the month that we really take off after Shougang agrees to commit to the project. This however is a giant step forward for the company and the risk appears to be diminishing as time goes on. There is no way in the world that this project won't go ahead IMHO.
