That's a rather slanderous statement Tench. I suggest to you that they (CAZ) hold the view "use it or loose it". So who'se interests to Rio have at heart when they sit on deposits for years and years.
Yeah, OK, I'm biased because I hold. But what do you think about the multi-national oil barons (Chevron?) who sit on deposits in full knowledge that development in the future will be more profitable for them than developing now.
