How so, the chairman is ex very senior BHPB & 2 other directors (until recently I think) were ex RIO execs, all with SA experience. And SA experience is the real quals required in these instances as getting through the political & black empowerment minefields requires strong connections.

One thing to be very wary about in the comparison between CDS & CZA is the number of shares on issue at the same stages of the projects. CZA had around 40m at a similar stage to what CDS is currently at.
CZA minted a heap of shares & raised a tonne of cash to put together their project (tenements) & yet they still have few shares on issue than CDS

I'm not negative on CDS (I hold them both) but it will pay to keep a level head about how high & how fast CDS can go
