Have you got an explination of how such 'dubious thing' would occur? As in, how is Cancun (whom you can not link to the dubious theory) supposed to perform any dubious activity without shareholder majority vote?

At least you have the sense to acknowledge the potential for the company to succeed, that's what i'm taking from your statement about never ruling anything out. Because the rest seems a bit whack IMO, no offence intended.
