Nothing stopping them from keeping their shareholders informed of what was happening as long as they did not misrepresent why they were in suspension. Maybe they can't tell you because it would not be a very positive message. At some point you have to face the reality as much as it might not be comforting to you as a shareholder.
I wonder if HC could add an option on their Position option which reads - Doesn't look good so not buying at the moment.
