    I spoke with Peter Marks yesterday and he indicated that the options would not be under written.

    Will wait and see as I don't believe that they will get enough $$$ from the conversion and will have to got back to the market.He did indicate that they had plans to get additional finance if the conversion did not come up with enough money.
