If I may add Mr Rep - the SP plummeting may not be the central concern of the BOD's when considering a suspension but one way or another it is a major concern of shareholders like myself when or if good news is eventually released and I wish every single board of directors on the ASX could understand that.
I am basically sick to death of being in companies where so much potential is promised by the varying directors of these companies and punters like myself toss our family dough onto the back of these promises and for whatever reason there is delay after delay or even complete failures and the subsequence of this is generally a share price that has completely tanked and then, after enough doubt has destroyed market sentiment and thus the share price, us poor arsed investors eventually get that good news but only get to see the SP climb back to where it was at the time the promises were made many months before - so please, it may not be central to you guys but it damn sure is central to me.

Suspensions to me as an individual are vitally important to stop the carnage that can be created by poorly managed companies - thankfully in the case of ECT I consider this NOT the case - IMO our third party on the sub-continent is where that chicken roost is.
