It's not a question of time but who would cover all wages, expenses etc for all those newly appointed people.
CR most likely not for development but to keep lifestyles. I put SYA among RMX, GPP and others like.
Bought parcel @$0.01 and should wait for $0.001 if I new the "speed up" announcement is coming.
