    If the AAZPB rate is stepped up by 2.5%, that would bring the annual yield to around 13%. But ALZ itself is paying the same or more, once franking credits are taken into account. ALZ is riskier - much more chance of a dividend cut - but has more upside potential too: AAZPB may be paid out at 102.50 one day, but ALZ might reach 2.65 again one day...
