Although it is not my job to be doing this as I am just an investor, but I have been emailing many companies such as Macquarie, KKR, Blackstone, and Charter Hall, and have laid out my thoughts to them regarding the advantageous of a takeover of AMP.
To my surprise I have been getting replies. Of course they never suggested that they are planning a takeover as this would be inside information. But some have said that they have passed it on to their Transaction and Development Teams for further exploration.
So let's see if any of them progress it further.
