After reading the documents from both eng hoe lim and the current board which I received in the mail today, I am starting to question if the singapore guys wouldn't be the better option.
They outline quite a few valid points where the current board has made hiccups in terms of giving away control to JV's for too cheap and unneccessary capital raising.
Will have to sit down tomorrow and have a thorough rethink about things. Anyone else have any ideas?
