Totally agree, management/directors set up the deal they should reap the rewards and options are part of this, which by the way shareholders vote on at the AGM.
I can tell you bottomline performance, growth and opportunities drive senior managers, and most are in for the long haul and recommend shareholders take the same view.
Not many senior managers would be frequently checking the SP movement. They leave that to those who trade shares for a living.
