Hi @shovel40, sorry getting back to you late here, had a busy weekend. I find the 3/8 trap quite good, I haven't had as much time lately to put into stocks but when I do, the 3/8 trap approach works quite well. My 50 and 200 SMA (VP shows them as SMMA but named the same) seem to show different than others posting here regardless of what setting I put them on but I will try your setting of close for the ema settings and see how it goes. Overall, for picking points of entry and exit, the 3/8 ema's crossing has also been quite good as well as the 3 crossing up over the 34.
