If the SP behaves like it has in the past and for other similar companies in a pre first-oil position, I would expect a gradual -5 to -10% drop over the next 3-4 weeks in low volume until the the big announcment. Then upon recieving flow rate news we will hopefully get the big % pop or so we have been hoping for.
I noticed the same thing with ITC at the start of the year....although their rates werent that great but still worth a small %pop.
