There will definitely be dilution for those who cannot take up their rights in full - and judging from the discussion last night - that could be quite a few.

I don't think it will be as much as 720,000,000 shares though. That implies a 100% take up. They don't need the $3.2m entailed in that so I imagine the underwriting will not be for the full amount. My guess is we will get around 200,000,000 new shares - for a total around 600,000,000.
