It is a private company - once again, it is NOT obliged to give any information out. In my dealings with private companies, not very many are prepared to give information - even about who is involved in owning or running these companies.
I agree with @ashc15 - this conversation is going around in circles and not achieving anything. If anyone has real concerns maybe contact MXC directly. The answers won't be here on hot copper
