looks like your old mate Matt organised some votes against the share employee scheme. What a disgrace - this is the same guy that voted for his own share employee scheme which would have earned him tens of millions based on share price performance alone. Now he's voted against $100k worth of shares for directors based on them delivering against all sorts of internal benchmarks. He and Andrew Sparkes are solely responsible for the destruction of shareholder value & he has the nerve to get involved again. Does he really think the directors want to unravel his mess for $30k per annum. Seriously.
