    I think it would be an excellent question to put to the company.
    My thoughts are that these new companies would want to test the systems fully with 25% to be doubly sure ISX meets there needs. These companies may also have existing contractual arrangements still in place. The company has said that merchants are increasing their use weekly so we need to give it a quarter or two to see what transpires IMO.
