Really?? Care to share the information??
From official announcements, WFE still do not have the License Category B to operate the facility nor have they shown AHIC accounts to IFRS nor do they have a 'pre-paid' offtake agreement.
So how exactly do they have what the ASX asked for??
They could easily get around the 'pre-paid offtake agreement' by getting Independent Experts to show the prospectus will raise enough cash to get the business up and running profitably IMHO.
You keep making wild statements about having everything needed, care to share any links or announcements showing this??
