fyi - reading the prospectus it states there are no restricted securities.

There are however voluntary escrow periods of 12/24 months that certain shareholders have entered into.

Also worth remembering that some advisers were paid 1m in shares, prior to IPO.

Also prior to launching there were Con Note conversions at below 50 cps which raised just over $3m.

Also prior to listing they raised $3m via SI's at 80 cps.

Then the actual IPO was at $1 ps.

So some of the above may explain the sell off since listing.

I like the concept of the company, but like other's I'm not sure how it stacks up against the usual TI approach.

Time will tell and I'll watch on from the sidelines in the interim.
