when i spoke to jon on the phone he said if enough people ring and the pressure is they mcl will have to escow there shares in part or full.

and same applies for ex. price ring him and say you want higher at 10 cents for the options or what ever

director options could have escrowed to in parcels spread out over the next year or so

those 2 things happen i will be more than happy and vote yes.

then its a great deal. but not the way it is now.
